No. Design and order as a guest — we create an account from your order email so you can track it.
One clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see. A phone photo is fine, and one is enough.
Each piece is printed to order, so allow 10–14 days including shipping. Tracking comes with it.
Write to us with a photo and we print it again or refund you. You also see exactly what we will make before you pay.
It is used to make your piece and nothing else. Ask us to delete it any time.
